Mission Statement:

B Parents for CI was founded in direct response to recent changes made by District 220 to the structure of the Chinese Immersion (CI) program in Barrington, IL.

Recognizing the limited visibility and presence of CI in our community, we are dedicated to increasing transparency about what the CI program truly offers.

We advocate for open communication, sharing clear and accurate information about the joys, benefits, and unique opportunities of CI with all families.

Through purposeful outreach, collaborative advocacy, and storytelling, we seek to connect the community, empower families, and ensure that the CI program remains accessible, robust, and celebrated for all students in Barrington.
